About The Farm
Our Values
In 1998, Mr. Eugenio Perez started to develop a piece of land located in Amadeo, Cavite. Mr. Perez’ vision of a simple chicken farm was thus realized in the form a single proprietorship small agricultural business specializing in raising broiler chickens for commercial consumption.
During early 2004, Mr. Perez quickly saw the opportunities and advantages of Egg production. This new venture started its life with a mere 40,000 egg laying chickens and an overall 95% production rate. By 2007, EIP Layer farm, a single proprietorship business was formally launched spearheaded by Mr. Eugenio Perez with the help of Dr. Renato Rollan, the farm’s veterinary consultant.
Soon, The company formally transitioned from single proprietorship business into a family-owned corporation under the Philippine law.
Currently, EIP Layer Farm Inc., boasts of nineteen layer buildings with different volume capacities with a total head count of 160,000 egg laying chickens and is still managed by Eugenio Perez together with his family.

MISSION
EIP Layer Farm Inc. is committed to provide fresh, fair, healthy, and safe table eggs to the consumers. This is done by fairly grading eggs and ensuring that egg laying chickens are healthy and free from diseases.
Furthermore, strict measures and laboratory testing are enforced to ensure that egg products are not contaminated or carriers of any diseases by adhering to standards in the following area:
1. Quality control;
2. Bio-security;
3. Fair trade
4. Social responsibility.
VISION
EIP Layer Farm envisions itself as a filipino-owned and family-run forerunner in modernized egg layer agricultural business in the Philippines.
